Omanakuttan made debut in Tamil film industry with Jasmine’s role in Chakri Toleti’s directed film Billa II (2012), and she started her career in Malayalam film industry with film KQ (2013). She also participated as a contestant in Indian reality shows Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 (2016). Her last film release was Imsai Arasan 24th Pulikecei in 2018. Parvathy also played Nikita’s role in Hindi film Pizza (2014). She played the cameo appearance in Tamil film Nambiar (2016).
